Our Story
Founded in 2020, Wholistic Wound Care and Wellness began with a simple goal - to deliver compassionate, expert healing where patients feel most comfortable. What started as a solo home health operation, has grown into a trusted regional provider, serving several facilities across Austin and San Antonio, with a dedicated brick and mortar clinic on the north side of San Antonio.
Our team includes experienced Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), bringing a combined 125 years of service to patient care. We are proud to offer care in homes, nursing facilities, and hospitals and guarantee personalized treatment plans that prioritize your healing journey.
